Cynn was a fantastic server. She was very polite and helpful with anything I needed and I did not have to ask her to get any drink refills. She had them out for me before I had to ask. The wings were great. I would definitely recommend this location of Buffalo Wild Wings if you are in the area.

It's your typical BDubs. Our food came out warm but not hot even though they were not very busy, and our server had a very difficult time getting away from her phone to fill our drinks. The good part was come on my beer came out cold. But I never did get offered a second one. With all of the options out there to get chicken, you will have to do better than this in order to keep the doors open.

Food was good, but it was college move-in day, so took almost 35 minutes for us to get 3 orders. They new that is was move-in day but made no mention when we walked in. Some waited 45+ minutes for a table when told 20 minutes max. We talked to a family that just got tired of waiting and went somewhere else. They were way understaffed, if I wanted a soda refill I had to walk to the bar to get it. I have worked in the service industry for 15+years, and when events like this happen we apologized to guests for the food and the wait. There was never a "sorry" mentioned, and actually our waitress talked to me like I was an idiot for not being able to look around and figure out for myself that it was move in day, that is why our food took so long. Have eaten here before and loved it, probably won't be back for a while. In my book, admitting fault and being transparent is crucial in the food service industry. That's not how this Bdubs operates. On top of all that, waitress told me she would add points to my app, but there was no input even by the time I got home 45 min from restaurant.

Was not crowded, it was very space. The waitress looked frustrated dealing with a large party after us. The food was much better this time. The drinks getting high as hell. 9 bucks for a beer mixes with titos is wild.

We selected dine in for this visit. The booth we were escorted to was dirty. We had to ask to have it cleaned. There is a sign on the door advising of longer wait times for food due to being short staffed. However, we received our appetizers and meal quickly. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Our wing order was missing one of the selected flavors and our waitress was quick to rectify. The experience overall was good minus the dirty booth. I totally recommend giving this location a try.

The Food was delicious. I had the chicken wings; and my friend had the vegetable bites. The Service was good. They were friendly and personable; and very patient. The ambiance was very Sporty; I loved watching the games going on.

Me and my boyfriends with my two kids went here for a casual dinner. It was not busy at all. Plenty of parking. There were plenty of tables and booths available. The waitress is very attentive and we got our drinks very fast. I used to come here a lot back then, haven't been in a while. The food came out pretty fast. My go to order has always been mango habanero wings they are my favorites and i even buy their sauce at the grocery store and put it on everything at home. This is a chain location and food taste decent. We ordered quite a lot of food. The food were filling. I forgot to take a picture of the kids food, they both had Mac n cheese and fries and milk. It is definitely not a bad price for the kids food either. I definitely recommend to come back.
